The company was established in 2017 by a youngman known as David Barick Mosha,in Tanzania company consisting of a team of professionals with extensive experience in tour operations, destination management, mountain climbing, professional guiding, and modern transport.
The company gained full legal status in 2026 with its official recognition by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism as a certified Tourism Operator, holding Certificate of Incorporation officially approved by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism in Tanzania. David Mosha is the Director and founder of Moshar Tours a proudly Tanzanian company specializing in safaris and mountain expeditions. With over a decade of hands-on experience as a safaris and Kilimanjaro, David has built a strong reputation for delivering authentic and personalized travel experiences.
He started as Kilimanjaro porters then Kilimanjaro Guide and now he is a tour operator,His deep knowledge of Tanzania’s landscapes, wildlife, and culture—combined with a passion for sustainable tourism—makes him a trusted leader in the industry.

The company was established in 2017 by David Mosha. At that time a he was a teenager man who gain some funds of studying through tourism sector in Tanzania, He started as a youngman who carried a luggage of tourist from slope of Kilimanjaro Mountain up to the Roofs of Kilimanjaro then In meanwhile at 2018 he studying short course of Toursim and Hotel management and get a certificate to be registered as Safaris and Mountain guide after that he work for 5years as Guide and get some funds too, to accomplish his University and graduated, And by the Grace of Almight God He Graduated as a learned lawyer practiced in Kilimanjaro region then he realized that his success as a lawyer gave him a platform, but his heart gave him a purpose. He founded Moshar Tours with a dual mission that went far beyond typical sightseeing:
He wanted to bring nature into people’s hearts, believing that the wild beauty of Tanzania could provide a clarity and peace that no city life could offer. A Bridge for the Vulnerable: More importantly, as a young leader, David saw the company as a vehicle for social justice.

Having seen the struggles of street children and the crushing weight of poverty in his community, he integrated a core mission into Moshar Tours by Empowerment. His Communities through:- Job Creation: He began recruiting and training young people from the streets, teaching them the skills of hospitality, guiding, and management. Daily Stability: By providing consistent work and mentorship, he gave those who had been overlooked by society the tools to handle their daily lives with dignity. The "Moshar Method": He used his legal expertise to ensure his staff had fair contracts, health protections, and a voice—things many of them had never experienced.
