These Terms and Conditions apply to any tours booked with Moshar Tours, a family-owned Tours and Travel company based in Moshi, Tanzania. By booking a tour with Moshar Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation fees are determined based on when cancellation occurs relative to the scheduled tour date.
All visitors to Tanzania require a visa. We recommend obtaining your visa in advance, though visas are also available upon arrival at Tanzanian airports.
Clients must disclose relevant medical information when booking their tour. Each client is responsible for assessing their suitability and fitness for participation. We recommend consulting a physician regarding vaccinations and health precautions.
The climate in Tanzania can be hot and humid. December to March is typically warm and dry, while April and May may experience heavy rains. The coolest and driest period is June to October.
Tours may include visits to recommended shops or local markets. Assistance is provided without extra cost to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
We will make every effort to accommodate dietary needs and accommodation preferences. Please inform us of special requirements during booking.
Moshar Tours works with independent suppliers such as lodges, airlines, and guides. While carefully selected, we cannot control their operations and are not liable for their actions or omissions.
Moshar Tours acts as an agent for service providers and cannot be held responsible for delays, injuries, damages, or itinerary changes beyond our control.
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents, and cancellations.
These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. All disputes shall be resolved under Tanzanian jurisdiction.
